Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come packaged in a mesh pouch for keeping your jewelry in when you aren't wearing it. Please leave a note if you need more than one mesh pouch per order. All orders shipped in a bubble mailer envelope. Gift wrapping and gift messages are available as well - please pay for gift wrap at checkout or your order will NOT come in gift wrapping. If you need additional gift boxes, please purchase them from the "Gift Box" listing.

Care instructions

Do not apply perfume or lotion to your wrist while wearing your bracelets.

Please note that the added gold and silver accents WILL tarnish over time as these are brass filled and not solid gold or solid silver. The timeline of tarnish varies. Please refrain from using jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will just make these elements tarnish more quickly.

Also, if you sweat or splash water on your jewelry it might increase the likeliness of tarnish on the metallic elements. Do not wear your jewelry in the shower or submerge in water at any time. These pieces aren’t meant to be worn every day! These pieces are FASHION jewelry - not FINE jewelry! This helps us keep our prices affordable :)

Custom and personalized orders

Because all of the items I sell can be worn, they are all final sale. Please email me if you believe you made an order in error or if there is a problem with your order. I will always work with you to make sure you are as happy as possible!

Sizing details

All beaded bracelets are made to order. Size customization is available free of charge. If you'd like a specific size just leave the request in the personalization section at checkout. If no size is specified, your bracelet will be made to the standard 7" sizing. If you have received your bracelet and would like to adjust the sizing, please purchase the "Bracelet Resize" listing to start the resize process. I will message you with details on how to ship your items back to me to be resized. This listing covers the shipping costs back to you. You are responsible for the costs shipping the items back to me.

Wrong Address/Lost Packages

Please double check your information when checking out. Your order will be shipped to the address you entered. I am not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address entered at checkout.
